Lakeland's Little Learners' Board of Directors
The Lakeland's Little Learners Board of Directors is comprised of five Officers. Four of these are elected positions, each serving two year terms.
Administrator
Tami Adams has worked with children for her entire career. Tami has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Eduction. She has taught Middle School and then helped to open Lakeland's Little Learners in 1985. She is proud to have the opportunity to see our program grow from 12 children and 3 employees to 350 children and 36 employees. Since Tami is the Administrator of Lakeland's Little Learners she also serves as the President of the Board of Diretors.

Debbie Nehs has had a variety of job experiences prior to joining Lakeland's Little Learners in 1992. She enjoys coming to work each day knowing I will be with children and getting to work with their families, in a place where we all get to learn and grow. Debbie has a Bachelor of Arts in History and has taken several Early Childhood classes as well.
Parent Representative
Adam Farrell and his wife, Amanda, came to Lakeland’s Little Learners in the Fall of 2016 with their son, Liam. Their daughter, Charlotte, joined 3 years later with extreme excitement to follow her brother to a school setting. Adam wants to continue the track of supporting the quality of staff and learning led care that the center provides for the children of our community. He feels that each room and each age is special and appreciates the capability of our center meeting so many diverse needs for our children. Adam would like to stress his goal is to be objective in hearing and addressing concerns that parents might have from time to time during this rapid changing, but ever impressing environment our children get to experience.
