She is proud to have the opportunity to see our program grow from 12 children and 3 employees to 350 children and 36 employees. Since Tami is the Administrator of Lakeland's Little Learners she also serves as the President of the Board of Diretors.
Jacintta Kemp came to Lakeland's Little Learners in 2018. Jacintta has six years of experience working with children from birth to 18 years old. She has had the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups at Lakeland’s Little Learners. Jacintta lives at home with two cats, Alko & Numi, as well as, my mother & grandmother, whom I help to take care of. I enjoy reading, art, outdoor photography and spending time with my friends and family. With her previous work experience, Jacintta will have a good idea of what it takes to ensure staff concerns are heard and addressed.
Debbie Nehs has had a variety of job experiences prior to joining Lakeland's Little Learners in 1992. She enjoys coming to work each day knowing I will be with children and getting to work with their families, in a place where we all get to learn and grow. Debbie has a Bachelor of Arts in History and has taken several Early Childhood classes as well.
Chris Potsch first came to Lakeland’s Little Learners in 2016, and now has had 4 children attend the center. He is interested in seeing LLL maintain its quality teachers and reward the staff for its excellent work. The center should continue to focus on supporting the fast paced changes in parent and child life, and he will look to support policies that drive toward this goal. He is an experienced manager and can help drive changes identified as necessary. He also has children in every level at LLL and has been through all but one room/teacher group in the center, which provides him with an appreciation for the distinct care and environment needed at each age. Chris is excited to represent the parents and assist in growing LLL into an even better institution. If you have any issues or questions you would like voiced at the meetings please feel free to contact Chris at or in person if you run into her.
